Stop in at our retail location to receive a free pool or spa water testing and treatment advice!

New customers, please have the following information ready so that we may test your water accurately:

Pool:  In/Above ground, surface type (vinyl, fiberglass, gunite/concrete), length/width dimensions (freeform provide maximum dimensions please), pool shape (rectangular, oval, round, freeform), sanitizer used (3" chlorine tabs, Mineral Springs, Baquacil, etc.), and shock used (chlorine, non-chlorine).

Spa:  Water capacity (gallons), surface type (acrylic, vinyl, concrete), and sanitizer used (chlorine, bromine, non-chlorine).

Water Testing Station Hours

The Water Test Counter will close thirty (30) minutes before store closing.
Any water samples brought in after station closing may be left on the counter, and will be tested the next morning, at no additional cost.
When bringing in a water sample for analysis, please alert the water technician to the presence or absence of any of the following:

Cloudiness
Algae growth
Water/surface discoloration (especially after applying shock or sanitizer!)
Sediments on the bottom of your pool or spa
Odors present in water
Swimmer discomfort (eye and skin irritation, rash, etc.)
Known presence of iron, copper or phosphates
